Why Chiropractic?

High Patient Satisfaction with Chiropractic

Many studies have shown that patient satisfaction is higher with chiropractic treatment than with traditional medical care. For example, the New England Journal of Medicine reported that patients with low back pain were considerably more satisfied with the care they received from chiropractors compared to primary care practitioners or orthopedic surgeons (*1). The prestigious orthopedic journal Spine reported that among 2000 patients with neck or back pain, 61% said that chiropractic care was “very helpful”, compared with only 27% who said that medical care was “very helpful” (*2).

Thorough Research on Chiropractic

Chiropractic is one of the most thoroughly studied therapies for treatment of the spine. There have been approximately 50 randomized controlled trials studying chiropractic treatment of low back pain alone. Leading authorities like the U.S. Department of Health, Annals of Internal Medicine, the American Journal of Public Health, British Medical Journal, and more, all agree: Chiropractic care provides faster, longer-lasting, more effective relief than traditional medical care.
